1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MiningOpenSee (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Description of Services

MiningOpenSee provides cryptocurrency transaction tracking tools, portfolio monitoring dashboards, and blockchain educational resources. The Platform does not execute trade orders, hold custodial assets, or provide investment advising services. All balances displayed are for manual tracking and educational purposes.

3. Account Integrity & KYC

To prevent fraudulent transactions, wash trading, and anti-money laundering violations, users are required to complete Identity Verification (KYC) before casing out assets. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details on all registration and KYC forms. Failure to do so will result in immediate account termination.

4. No Profit Guarantees

MiningOpenSee does NOT guarantee financial profits or fixed daily incomes. Digital assets are highly volatile and carry extreme market risk. Any earnings generated from our multi-tier referral tree are dependent on verified platform volume and rules set by administrators.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall MiningOpenSee, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transaction errors, wrong wallet address submissions, network failures, or cryptocurrency asset fluctuations.
